The accommodation was lovely from the outside, rustic buildings and beautifully landscaped. Inside is basic. You do have hundreds of mosquitoes with being on the creek. They will not change bedding or towels during your stay which when you are there a week is very inconvenient.The owner was very abrupt but I believe she is having a hard time at the moment. So allowances can be made
This is a hidden gem! Shara made every effort to make us feel welcome and get to the business of chill'n in Chinchilla. She spoiled me by offering to make me a vegan dinner and I enjoyed both the delicious entree and dinner! The room was beautifully designed and decorated and the cottage was a rustic elegant and romantic getaway. Well worth a visit.

Stayed here with my wife and daughter on a trip to Charleville in April 2018. We loved the place so much we extended our trip to spend another night on the way back from Charleville. A great, quirky and very comfortable place to stay with fantastic hosts, Greg and Shara. We will be back again, maybe without daughter to enjoy a romantic stay when its colder. 100% recommend.
