If you're visiting Chinchilla you've got to put The Commercial Hotel on your bucket list. Food is amazing coupled with super polite friendly staff. Try the Garlic Prawn main course. Amazing flavours hitting your taste buds.

Yes, what a fantastic place to go to for a meal. Right from the time we walked in, the lovely young lady who was busy cleaning all the spirit bottles, was ever so courteous . As the wife has a medical problem, the young lady was only to eager to ensure that we recieved the best treatment, she made the wife ever so comfortable with providing her with the best seat to meet her needs.And the meals, OH BOY they are the best hotel meal we have had for a long time. The chicken wings meal 1/2 kilo was enormous, took me for ever to eat it , even then I found it hard ,you would be hard pressed to find a fault in any of the meals we had. Both my wife and son are chefs and the son could not get through the biggest hamburger ever. Will most definitely be returning to this hotel whenever we're passing through. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
Walked into town (3km) and needed a cold beer after a full day motorcycling. Nice welcome into a beautifully airconned, clean pub and had several cold beers. Nice place, pleasant staff - go here
